
RETURN POLICY
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: intact, undamaged, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide a shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to assess the issue and find a solution.
Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed automatically using the same payment method used at checkout.
Please note that it may take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
